In a little break from regular programming I'm writing to let you know about a dinner we're cooking next month in Rome – bookings will be open to the public from tomorrow but as space is very limited we thought we'd send this out early to give you a head start.
This is exactly the sort of dinner every cook dreams about – small and intimate and guided entirely by the market, which in a Roman summer will be abundant with beautiful produce! It's a real privilege to go and cook in the iconic Latteria Studio with our friend Gaia.
